Mitsuke Island

According to legend, it was discovered by the Buddhist monk Kukai while he was traveling from Sado Island to Noto for missionary work. Its unique shape has also earned it the nickname "Gunkan-jima," which means "Battleship Island" due to its resemblance to a battleship.

The Senmaida Rice Terraces

It consists of more than 1,000 small rice paddies along the coast, offer a unique and stunning landscape. These terraces have been recognized by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations as a "Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System.

Kanazawa Castle

Located in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, it served as the residence of the Maeda clan, who were the lords of the Kaga Domain during the Edo period.

Kenrokuen Garden

This famous garden features hills, ponds, tea houses, and various scenic spots, making it a perfect place for leisurely strolls. The "yukizuri" (snow hanging) method used to protect tree branches from heavy snowfall is a captivating sight and a winter tradition in Kanazawa.

Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park
The Snow Monkey Park was established in 1964 as a protected area where Japanese macaques may have a refuge in their natural habitat. Once inside the park, these naturally curious monkeys observed humans using the nearby inns' hot springs and soon began to mimic this behavior.

A rare large-scale columnar joint formation spanning approximately 1 km, and is counted among the "Three Great Puzzles of the World"!
