    To ensure the safety of our passengers, we deeply understand that ‘safety first’ is the core value of our business operations.

    Every employee in our company plays a crucial role, acting in response to the trust our passengers place in us and fulfilling our social responsibility.

Interior Ventilation

    We prioritize interior ventilation to ensure proper airflow, creating a more comfortable environment. Interior ventilation tests are conducted to achieve this goal.  Interior Ventilation Test

Daytime Lights Running & Driving Record
We activate our vehicle lights even during the daytime. This practice enhances safety awareness. Additionally, all vehicle equipped with a tachograph device for recoding road condition and driver’s operation, enabling us to train our drivers and staffs to improve safety driving habits and skills.
Regular Inspections & Maintenance
We conduct regular inspections and maintenance on our vehicles to ensure their safety and reliability. Additionally, we request our drivers to proactively inspect their vehicles, helping to identify potential issues in advance.
Rigorous Face-to-Face Roll Cal
We conduct roll call in uniform with caps. After confirming alcohol checks and daily inspections, we recite this month's safety objectives and service guidelines to depart with renewed spirit.
Equipped with Wireless Communication and GPS
Through the GPS systems installed in our vehicles, our office personnel can remotely track the vehicle's status, enabling us to respond swiftly in emergency situations. Additionally, the wireless communication equipment in our vehicles facilitates safe communication with operations management personnel.
Regular Safety Driving Training
We regularly organize safety driving training sessions to enhance the driving skills and safety awareness of every employee. These training sessions are held in March, August, and December each year. Additionally, we conduct quarterly meetings that involve the use of in-vehicle recorders. Through these training programs, we focus on improving driving techniques, understanding traffic regulations, and learning how to respond to accidents and emergencies, with a continuous commitment to enhancing passenger safety
Participation in First Aid Training
We participate in the regular first aid training courses organized by the Kanazawa City Fire Department each year, aimed at enhancing our first aid capabilities. With the goal of being able to calmly respond to sudden illnesses among passengers, we are committed to strengthening our training and skill development in this area.
Implementation of Regular Health Checkups
The health of our drivers is of paramount importance to safe driving. We are committed to health management, and our drivers undergo two annual health checkups, including brain MRI scans and assessments for sleep apnea syndrome. Additionally, we conduct rigorous physical examinations before each trip to ensure that drivers are in good condition.

     Fuji Kotsu is proud to have received highest honor of THREE STARS recognition from the Japan Bus Association’s ‘Charter Bus Company Safety Evaluation Certification System.’ Our dedication to safety has earned us the highest three-star certification in ‘Charter Bus Company Safety Evaluation Certification.
