Mr. Shang is a native Chinese speaker and can communicate effectively with customers. He possesses the skills to successfully promote our company’s products and services to those interested in China.
However, Mr. Shang’s Japanese skills are not as strong, and he sometimes makes language errors, such as confusing the Japanese words for “thank you” and “I’m sorry.” Once, when receiving an order from a customer, he accidentally said “すみません” (I’m sorry). The customer appeared puzzled and asked, “Why are you apologizing?” Mr. Shang felt embarrassed and repeatedly said “ありがとうございます” (Thank you).
While Mr. Shang is a capable employee when conducting business in Chinese, he becomes quite the comedian when attempting business in Japanese.

Mr. Hayashi is the head of our charter bus operations management, working tirelessly every day to provide our customers with safe and comfortable bus journeys.
With years of experience and knowledge, Mr. Hayashi oversees bus maintenance, operational planning, troubleshooting, as well as staff training and management.
